At Gajet.pk, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and order cancellations.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders nationwide across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value. Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

📌 Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment (for prepaid orders) is confirmed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
You will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

❌ Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return (see our Return Policy).
Gajet.pk reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
Out-of-stock items.
Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
Payment verification issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

🚫 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, our courier will attempt re-delivery.
Continuous failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
